Aleesha was able to be recognized as the most effective female professional bodybuilder during the latter half of 2010. Aleesha came from a sports-loving family that was born in 1984. Her father had a career in bodybuilding as did her siblings, and she also played sports like ice hockey. Aleesha was a softball player, soccer, and basketball before she started fitness at fifteen. Aleesha was granted her professional card in 2014 after she won her first NPC USA Championships. The first time she competed was in 2008. In 2014, she participated at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro where she was placed 9th. The finish she achieved was 9th for the year 2015. Both in 2015 and 2016 Aleesha placed sixth place at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha began to improve and she was able to be the first professional competitor after she took home the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best performance was at WOS Rising Phoenix in the year 2020. Fourth place was her highest finish. But, the "World's strongest mother" took a break from fitness due to health motives.
